Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep agile leadership di sekolah, dengan fokus khusus pada sekolah Islam, dan mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam penerapannya. Melalui literatur review, studi ini mengumpulkan dan menyintesis bukti-bukti mengenai konsep dan implementasi Agile Leadership. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan agile leadership di sekolah Islam dapat membantu para pemimpin mengelola perubahan secara efektif, mendorong inovasi, dan memastikan adaptasi terhadap tuntutan abad ke-21. Namun, tantangan utama dalam implementasinya adalah kesulitan mengubah budaya dan cara berpikir yang sudah mapan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya agile leadership dalam menghadapi lingkungan yang kompleks dan cepat berubah, serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mendesak bagi sekolah Islam untuk mulai menerapkannya demi keberhasilan jangka panjang.

Abstract

This research explores the concept of agile leadership in schools, with a particular focus on Islamic schools, and identifies challenges in its implementation. Through a literature review, this study collects and synthesizes evidence regarding the concept and implementation of Agile Leadership. The research results show that implementing agile leadership in Islamic schools can help leaders manage change effectively, encourage innovation, and ensure adaptation to the demands of the 21st century. However, the main challenge in implementing it is changing the culture and way of thinking established in schools. This research highlights the importance of agile leadership in facing a complex and rapidly changing environment. It identifies the urgent need for Islamic schools to implement it for long-term success.
