Author Guidelines

Criteria for Authorship

Authorship should be based on the following four criteria:

  • Substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the work; and
  • Drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content; and
  • Final approval of the version to be published; and
  • Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

All those designated as authors should meet all four criteria for authorship, and all who meet the four criteria should be identified as authors. Those who do not meet all four criteria should be taken into account for acknowledgment. Thus, the Korean Space Science Society deems all authors responsible for the entire paper.

MANUSCRIPT SHIPPING

Authors must send the manuscript file to the Journal Office using the Journal's online submission system. TSPJ does not accept sending emails directly to the Editor in Chief or the Editorial Team. Incomplete manuscripts will be returned to the author without review. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must represent the original research report and must be written in English (British or American). Manuscripts are accepted for review on the condition that a significant part of the research has not been published and is not being considered for publication. Also, no submissions may be published without the consent of the institution and all authors. The general prerequisites for publication are originality, clarity, and relevant significance with a better understanding of the topics covered. All submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism by the iThenticate software, plagiarism threshold is 20%. bellow that line Manuscripts will be rejected

Processors and Script Format

The script must be delivered in Microsoft Word 2013 or later file format. Manuscripts must be spaced 1, using Arial typeface and font size 12. Pages must be numbered sequentially, starting with the title page. Page numbers should be centered at the bottom of each page. There is no fixed maximum length for a full-length paper, but rarely exceeds 20 pages, the pages are typed on 210x297 mm (A4 size) paper, including figures and tables.

Study and Technical Papers

Manuscripts for research or technical papers should be arranged in the following order: title page, abstract, and keywords, introduction, methods, results, conclusions, acknowledgments, references, tables, and captions.

Page Title

The title page should include the full title of the article, the author's name, affiliations, footnotes, and a short title. The title should emphasize the main purpose covered by the paper. Author names should be consistent and should be written in a standard form for all publications to facilitate indexing and to avoid ambiguity. If multiple authors have different affiliations, use a superscript number (1, 2, 3…) after the author's last name and before their affiliation name. Use a dagger (†) after the name of one of the designated correspondent authors. Contact information for correspondence must include mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and ORCID. And we also need ORCID information for each author.

Abstract and Keyword

The abstract should state the purpose and present a prominent conclusion of no more than 200 words. This should be a clear and concise summary describing the scope and objectives, methods or procedures, significant new results, and conclusions. The abstract should be written in one paragraph. At the end of the abstract, keywords should be given in 5 to 7 words or phrases.

Introduction

The paper should begin with an introduction written for the general reader of the journal. This section should include background and goals, along with significant previous work.

 Methodology

The methodology section should include sufficient information to allow the results to be repeated. See published procedures citing the original description and related published modifications. Do not include extensive details unless there are substantial modifications. For commonly used methods, a simple reference will suffice. If several alternative methodologies are used, it is useful to briefly identify the methods and cite references.

Results (Analysis and Discussion)

Results should be explained in a logical order using text, tables, and illustrations, to clarify the research protocol. Where appropriate, the test shall be described and supported concerning the original citation of the test.

Conclusions and Recommendations

The conclusion section should highlight the main findings and compare the results of the work with corresponding findings from other studies. Conclusions should be based on the evidence presented in the paper.

Reference

References must be linked to the script. In the text, references must be cited with the author's last name and year of publication. When reference is made to a work by two authors, both names must be given using "&" (eg, Suradika & Samudra 2021); for three or more author names, give the first author followed by “et al.'' and the year (eg, Suradika et al. 2010). Multiple references should be arranged in chronological order (e.g., Sumada 2018; Marie & Marsye 2020; Amore et al. 2019. If more than two papers with the same author and year of publication are cited, list a, b, c··· after the year for clarifying (e.g., Picke & Young 2018a, b) Only cite published or printed articles or books, not unpublished work "in preparation". In the references section, references must be listed in alphabetical order with the letters of the first author's last name. List the first five authors followed by "et al." if there are more than five authors. If more than two papers with the same author and year of publication are cited, list a, b, c··· after the year in the order of publication. Conference abstracts should not be included in the reference. Lines after the first line of reference are indented by one tab space ("hanging indent" in MS Word). The citation style of papers in periodicals is the author's last name and initial, title, journal name, volume, first and last page numbers, year, and digital object identifier (DOI) if available.

Spelling and Punctuation: For consistency purposes, the Journal requires contributors to use English spelling throughout, except in the quoted text. Double quotation marks must be used in their entirety, except in the case of quotations within quotations, where single quotation marks must be used. All punctuation marks, except colons and semicolons, must be enclosed in quotation marks consistently in the text. All superscript numbers must be placed after all punctuation except the hyphen. Citations: Any citation exceeding thirty words must be separated from the main text by indenting it in the left margin. Spelling and punctuation must be preserved exactly as in the original text. Must be reproduced as the original layout. The author's last name and page number must be stated in parentheses at the end of each citation. References: a minimum of 30 references, following the APA and including full and recommended bibliographic references that have a DOI, and must be designed by Mendeley. This journal asks contributors to observe the following examples:

Balyer, A., & Tabancali, E. (2019). The role of interest and pressure groups in developing continuing education policy in Turkey. Sustainability (Switzerland), 11(24).https://doi.org/10.3390/su11247052

Bardach, E. (1977). Implementation Game: What Happens After a Bill Becomes Law. Western Political Quarterly, 30(4), 593. https://doi.org/10.1177/106591297703000428

Table

EachTables should be prepared on separate pages and numbered with Arabic numerals in the order in which they appear in the text. When it is difficult to present data that cannot be synthesized comfortably in text, tables should be used. Authors should avoid extensive repetition of text data that appears in tables. The abbreviated name must be specified when used for the first time in each table. Tables should have concise and informative headings with table contents between horizontal lines. Vertical lines should not be used. The structure should be clear, with simple column headings giving all the units. A table must not exceed one page when printed. Use lowercase letters in superscript (a, b, c...) for special comments.

Thank-you note

The thank-you section is placed at the end of the content. It can quote financial and other support.
